Senior Group

The Senior Group was started in 1992 to encourage the senior members of our parish community to foster friendship and support for other seniors. Anyone 55+ years of age is welcome to join our group. We meet the second Monday of each month at noon, in Monsignor Logan Hall for a potluck luncheon at Noon. We have quarterly meetings after the luncheons in January, April, July and October. Periodically we have guest speakers on topics relevant to seniors.
Our social activities include bi-monthly bus trips to Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, an annual three day bus trip to Reno, and various other trips as suggested or planned by individual members. We have also gone to local theaters to enjoy plays by very talented local thespians. The March luncheon has been our annual St Patrick's Day corned beef dinner with all the trimmings. We also have a progressive dinner in the fall and a Christmas party in December. |
