Children's Religious Education
** 2024-2025 registration IS NOW CLOSED**

Religious Education classes for children up to age 17 are offered Monday through Thursday, 4pm to 5pm with limited classes on a Thursday, subject to demand and age of child.  This year's program will begin the week of September 9th, 2024 and go through May 1, 2025. See below for a complete list of classes offered and days available. Please know that our classes do fill up quickly and there may only be limited availability.  Registration closes on August 30th, 2024. 

​When registering your child, please ensure there are no scheduling conflicts with the day they go to Religious Ed class.  All classes are on a first come, first served basis and requests are not guaranteed.  All forms, copies of certificates and payments are required at the time of registration in order to complete the enrollment process and secure your child's class. We cannot register your child without ALL forms, payment and accompanying paperwork submitted. 
Mondays

  • Ongoing education classes for kids who have made their First Communion, but would like to continue Religious Ed classes

PLEASE NOTE:
  • We will not accept registrations that are incomplete or where baptismal certificates have not been provided (if not baptized at Holy Spirit).  Returning students do not need to provide proof of baptism.

Holy Spirit Church uses Flocknote to communicate important updates, event details and deadlines. The email and phone number provided on the registration form will be added by the Religious Education Department. Please do not opt out of these communications.
RCIA For Children
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults - for Children.  Children who have not been baptized by the age of 7, will need to enroll into our RCIA program for children.  Children will be enrolled in our regular weekly classes for the period of Inquiry and will then attend classes on a Thursday afternoon, parents and or sponsors are encouraged to attend. Teen Confirmation

High School Confirmation is a two-year program. Classes begin in September and are held 1-2 times per month on Sunday evenings. Please visit our Teen Confirmation page for more information. 

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Join us for a fun-filled week of faith formation, games, friends, amazing music, and of course...snacks! Children in grades Kindergarten to 6th grade are welcome. Volunteers 7th grade and up are also needed. VBS 2024 will be held June 24th to June 28th from 9am to 12:30 for children and 8:30 to 1:00pm for Volunteers. Get ready for some fun as we learn about "Playing on God's Team". VBS 2024 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
