Italian Catholic Federation
The ICF is one of many ministries at Holy Spirit Church. However, unlike most of the ministries, it is self-funded and has donated over $4,000 in each of the past few years to charities in California.
The ICF was started in 1924 in San Francisco by a Catholic priest and an Italian immigrant. It has grown to over 12,000 members and almost 200 branches in California, Nevada, Arizona and Illinois. While the ICF is Italian in origin, we happily accept persons of non-Italian backgrounds. We promote all our members' heritages through social events, food and music, and we are family oriented. Our branch has monthly meetings at 1:00 pm on the second Monday of each month in Msgr. Logan Hall. We welcome all parishioners to attend a meeting to get to know us better. Contact Frank Parisi at 559 840-2644. |
